Mehsan Arshad is an investor and entrepreneur with experience across real estate, infrastructure, and capital raising. He works with private investors, family offices, and corporate groups across the Gulf, Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
He serves as an International Board Advisor to the United Nations and holds board-level roles across a number of global businesses. He is Chief Executive of MAMS Infra Projects and of MBH JV, a joint venture between MAMS and Bin Ham Group.
His work spans investment structuring, real estate development, fund management, and capital raising, with involvement in projects across the United Arab Emirates, India, and the United Kingdom. He has been involved in raising capital in excess of one billion United States dollars for projects across these regions.
In 2012 he launched an urban affordable smart-homes initiative in India with an estimated value of two hundred and fifty million United States dollars, focused on scalable housing delivery. He has subsequently been involved in large-scale investment initiatives linked to United Arab Emirates–India economic cooperation, including residential development programmes targeting up to three million units within a broader market demand exceeding one hundred and ten million units.
Alongside his commercial work, he is engaged in non-profit initiatives and international campaigns, and continues to focus on large-scale residential and infrastructure projects with long-term development partners.
Ahad Miah is a real estate entrepreneur with over twenty years' experience advising on and executing transactions across Prime Central London and international markets.
He is the founder of Global 1, a super-prime London property advisory serving ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients, with involvement in residential and commercial property transactions exceeding one billion pounds. This work has provided a deep understanding of acquisition, structuring, and value creation in the most demanding segment of the United Kingdom market.
As Founding Partner of Mams Capital UK, he leads the sourcing and delivery of well-structured investment opportunities across United Kingdom real estate, working with private investors, family offices, and institutional partners to deliver clear, risk-adjusted returns.
He maintains an active network across the United Kingdom, the Gulf, and Asia, providing access to on-market and off-market opportunities alongside aligned capital partners, and is currently engaged in multiple projects with international partners.
