We are part of a middle eastern private consortium formed by prominent middle eastern families and backed by two large funds from the GCC Countries.
We manage private funds with multiple targeted investment objectives and have invested in excess of £300m of equity commitments across multiple partnerships internationally.
Partnering with developers who have sites and need funding or a JV partner who can provide the funding and resources to deliver a successful project.
We will fund small developments up to £5m, midsize up to £50m and large projects over £100m.
You must have a proven track record as a developer for funding from us. .
Key criteria for property investment:
• Sector and location where there is proven demand.
• Subject to a complete development plan or asset management strategy, including risk
assessment and exit proposals.
• Based on a detailed financial appraisal and with terms having been agreed for bank debt, where
appropriate.
• Managed by an experienced developer and/or professional team.
• Subject to extensive due diligence, covering all relevant property and financial matters such as an
independent valuation report.
• Structured to offer the potential for achieving meaningful gains, either through development or by
acquiring assets where value can be added through active management.
What we look for:
Sector focus
We back joint venture development opportunities in Residential housing, PRS, Hotels, Student Accommodation, and Office developments.
Returns
We will invest in property projects that offer the prospect of development gains or which can generate secure incomes.
Hold period
We typically aim for an investment time frame of between One to four years before seeking to exit and maximize value.
Location
We target opportunities across the entire UK property market, typically seeking to undertake projects in key regional cities with a strong interest in London.
Arbitrage potential
We prefer opportunities where value can be added through developing a site, change of use, or refurbishment.
Experience
We partner with experienced developers or asset managers who have a track record of delivering similar projects within the UK.
